Shahenda Shokry is a PHD candidate in Construction Management – Cairo University, holds a bachelor degree in civil engineering (2005) and master of science in project management (2012); she is also a certified project management professional since (2009). She started her career working in famous project management consultants for 3 years acquiring a strong professional experience about project management, which was the foundation of her career path. From 2008 Shahenda moved between some international construction firms targeting to gain extensive construction and management experience. With her extensive experience in Planning, Cost and contracts, she played a key role in project controls field in different international construction companies.
During her career path, Shahenda was keen to be involved in the Learning & Development. She was one of key members in one of the mega international construction companies in-house training team. she also conducted a lot of Project Management sessions in various reputable programs. In addition, she is a guest lecturer in some reputable Egyptian universities. 
Shahenda Shokry currently leads the Digital delivery and innovation function in one of the mega international construction companies,  playing a key role in the digital transformation of construction and management Processes. Beside that she is one of the key members of the Project controls team, having  a responsibility to monitor and control a considerable number of mega construction projects.  

Mohamed Sabri started his professional career in 2005 with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, during his 20 years of experience he has been involved in many aspects of construction management in different mega projects. Mohamed started his professional career in the field of civil engineering as a site engineer, and as of one year later, he kicked-off his career-path in the field of cost management in one of the reputable real estate companies in Egypt and after that he moved to one of the international contracting companies as a key member of the contracts department – Invoicing and QS section. He significantly contributed in enhancing invoicing procedures and process by examining different QS software and also was keen to contribute in the development process through giving training sessions about invoicing and QS.
Mohamed Sabri  attends different courses about Change Management, Cost Planning and Benchmarking, Accounting, Contracts, Tendering process, Project cost reporting and he is on his way to finalize his master of engineering from the Royal institute of chartered surveyor (RICS).
